A healthcare administrator is in charge of the clinic’s leadership, staff development, compliance, quality assurance, and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

• Prior to accepting the admission, assess the agency’s ability to meet the patients’ anticipated clinical needs.
• Supervise the patient and partner assignment procedure.
• Ascertain that the patient’s unique POC is created, implemented, and updated.
• Examine how frequently the patients’ needs are evaluated.
• Oversee the agency’s internal and external referrals.
• To help the agency’s clinical and financial performance, collaborate with other crucial internal partners.
• Make sure you have comprehensive control over all aspects of patient care coordination.
• Clinical partners are coached, mentored, and precepted to help them meet their recruitment and retention goals.
• Take part in center/agency surveys and any relevant reports (licensure / JCAHO).
• Assess the suitability of patient referrals for admission.

Skills:

• A valid, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licence in the state where you plan to work.
• As a registered nurse, you should have two (2) years of recent experience.
• A bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited college or university, or a certificate from an accredited/approved RN programme.
• CPR certification is required.
• It is required that you have at least one year of experience in home health care.
