The Corporate Recruiter works with other HR Business Partners, HR Directors, and hiring managers to find and use effective recruitment strategies that will attract and keep the best people in the company. A Corporate Recruiter will be in charge of the day-to-day work and hiring projects for a certain business group.

  • Understand the Company’s activities and be able to articulate the Company’s vision, purpose, and values to suitable applicants.
  • Create and cultivate relationships with people looking for work, hiring managers, team members, and business partners in order to fill openings with the best candidates.
  • Establish a talent pipeline for the present and future, as well as a complete sourcing plan that will recruit top personnel by doing research and networking with passive prospects.
  • It is important for employers to create well-written and attractive job descriptions that are simple to comprehend and devoid of jargon.
  • Consider additional agencies or methods of hiring to offer the greatest possible experience for both our candidates and managers when they apply for a position with the company.
  • supervise the whole recruiting process, from candidate research to phone screenings, interview support, and job offer extension to candidates in the interview process.
  • Provides a feedback culture that promotes open communication with leaders and human resource partners. Leaders and human resource partners are kept informed of progress toward achieving the recruitment strategy’s objectives and have a clear knowledge of where things are along the route.
  • Show hiring managers potential candidates’ entire profiles and work with them to build and negotiate compensation packages.
  • Maintain a consistent supply of quality candidates for all of our vacant jobs by using your broad network and the most cutting-edge recruitment technology.
  • With the help of initiatives in Talent Acquisition, we will ensure that candidates have a positive candidate experience that is consistent with our employment brand (TA).


  • Proactive engagement with teams and individuals to reduce bottlenecks and meet immediate recruitment needs while contributing to a bigger talent acquisition strategy.
