Qualifications:

• Develop client connections to boost sales. Buyer and seller consultations help you choose a house that meets their requirements.
• Turn potential customers into qualified leads by keeping in touch with them often, making it easier to talk to them, and adding them to your sales funnel.
• Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases for homebuyers in order to provide a smooth transaction and fantastic sales experience.
• Inspecting unoccupied listings in order to ensure that everyone is safe and sound after a significant storm or strong winds has passed through an area. At a minimum of once a month, do an inspection of each parking lot to check for any necessary repairs.
• A smooth home buying process includes assisting purchasers in selecting mortgage alternatives that are within their price range.
• Prospects should be followed up with through email, phone, and other means of contact in order to be added to the sales funnel and produce qualified leads, Prospective purchasers should be sought out and presented with information on properties that match their specifications, both in terms of features and price.
• Attend open houses to meet potential buyers and expose them to the local real estate market. Check in with the Listing Coordinator to identify the day’s goals and tasks.
• To provide the best possible showings, we conduct weekly inspections on all of our empty properties. Correct any issues or tell the Listing Coordinator
• Help buyers, co-op agents, outside lenders and closing attorneys as required throughout the mortgage loan procedure by keeping an eye on everything.
• If you want a flawless transaction, make sure your customers have everything they need in writing before you begin working together. Serve as a go-between for the two parties involved in order to facilitate a smooth transaction.

• Able to handle physical tasks such as climbing ladders and stairs, crossing embankments for sign installation, moderate to heavy lifting, and furniture and sign assembly.
• Must either have a positive status with the local Realtor board or be an inactive agent who is able to instantly transfer his or her license; must have previous experience in the sales industry.
• Communicate with clients using mediums such as the phone, email, and other social media sites. Informing consumers about the most recent developments in the real estate industry is essential. Pay attention to both the buyer’s and the seller’s goals.
• Must hold a valid Real Estate License, A proven track record of selling homes successfully, Know how the real estate market in the area works and what the current trends are.
