The Quality Assurance Specialist will collaborate with our cross-functional partners including Operations, Customer Care, and our Compliance teams as a critical member of our Quality Assurance team to ensure that our teams are offering a fantastic overall customer experience.

Job Title : Quality Assurance Specialist – Day Shift
Location : Fujairah, Fujairah, United Arab Emirates
Salary : $ 34.62 per hour.

Qualifications:

• Administers the local change control system, records management system, and/or documentation system.
• Identify the flawed procedures that negatively affect the customer and escalate them.
• Report any findings from your Quality Audit in your QA tool.
• Share your insights about repeated process discrepancies or technical shortcomings to help with ongoing improvement.
• Show that you are very competent and knowledgeable about all of the company’s goods and services.
• Must be able to correctly pinpoint the underlying causes of complicated issues and suggest and implement the necessary measures to prevent recurrence.
• Manage communications through conversations and compromise to reach an agreement.
• To sustain service and customer satisfaction goals, conduct Quality Assurance audits in compliance with Department policy.
• Report any changes to the status of active employees based on performance and/or behavior observed to management. Identify acts that violate policy or fail to protect the company in line with training or established call handling policies/processes.
• Problems can be solved in novel ways if one approaches them with an imaginative frame of mind.

Skills:

• Five or more years of customer service experience gained by working for a large, well-established, and well-run company.
• competency in handling a number of tasks at once and remaining calm under pressure.
• a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other Microsoft software (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint).
• Qualifications in terms of experience, training, and/or accreditation in delivering high-quality services (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven leadership skills necessary for driving transformation across traditional organizational silos.
