To enable collaborative functional testing with our partners, the Quality Assurance Manager will work to monitor software quality and related business/technical risks. They will be committed to supporting collaborative functional test planning with our partners, creating test scenarios, observing and assisting with the execution of test scenarios, and evaluating findings. Strong logical thinking, meticulousness, tenacity, patience, and inventiveness are all need for this job. To assess, manage, and carry out performance testing methods, the individual will collaborate with our modules test counterparts at our partner firms, internal development teams, Database Administrators, Business Analysts, and support teams.

Qualifications:

• To make sure the department complies with regulations and fulfills specified quality standards, it reviews, analyses, and analyzes complicated information.
• Verifies that all accounting and reporting is carried out in accordance with the rules and procedures set by the Client Services Department. Verifies the correctness of client files for eligibility review.
• works with others to define the breadth of test scenarios that may be utilized in automated scripts.
• Acquires and maintains a comprehensive understanding of applicable federal, state, and department rules, guidelines, and compliance regulations.
• Effectively manages workload, achieves performance goals, and follows up on issues in a timely manner while following department, state, and federal processes.
• keeps track of all submitted documentation, shares the findings and recommendations of case reviews, and encourages dialogue aimed at coming up with solutions and raising the standard of care.
• keeps track of issues discovered during testing and reports them to management.
• according to management’s requests, arranges data in a logical way for oral presentations and written reports.
• creates and executes sophisticated tests. builds, maintains, and manages performance tests and automation framework.
• Facilitate regular meetings with other staff members and management to talk about the correctness of client files, and/or take part in such discussions.

Skills:

• Must be able to plan and complete tasks and assignments on-schedule with minimal supervision using appropriate judgment.
• In a hectic, deadline-driven atmosphere, the ability to prioritize and balance many tasks and deadlines is essential.
• Effective communication with management and team members is a requirement.
• strong time- and organization-management abilities are required.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a high-pressure setting is required.
