According to corporate deadlines, the Inventory Specialist will be in charge of keeping track of all automobiles at the plant. Using company-provided equipment, the Inventory Specialist will document vehicle condition according to corporate specifications, including a full inventory and supporting pictures for each vehicle. In addition, the Inventory Specialist will be responsible for managing traffic in the reception area in order to ensure that vehicle inventory is processed in a timely manner using a priority system.

Qualifications:

• Maintains pertinent files and documentation; prepares standard reports for approval by management.
• To determine inventory balance, price, and cost, gathers information on material, equipment, goods, or supplies received or delivered.
• To name and identify tools and equipment, use an identification tag, stamp, or an electric marking instrument.
• Visually inspects and measures tools and equipment for defects and wear, reporting any damage or wear to the supervisor.
• Before receiving, unpacking, and storing tools, equipment, and components, verifies inventory, monitors order points, arranges and expedites orders, and receives, organize, and stores tocks tools, equipment, and components.
• Assists in the design and implementation of physical inventories.
• To resolve problems with material stock inventory levels, communicate with shipping or inventory coordinators, department supervisors, and internal and external clients.
• To find cost-cutting possibilities, manipulates par levels, reorders points/min/max, and minimize holding costs.
• Your income is determined by the number of years you have worked in this position.
• Must have prior experience working in a fast-paced, professional, customer-focused team setting.

Skills:

• Reading, writing, and interpreting English materials such as safety regulations, procedure manuals, and operating and maintenance instructions.
• Fillers, Rinsers, Cappers, Case Packers, Case Formers, Coolers, and Pasteurizers are examples of industrial machinery that need understanding and troubleshooting.
• Simple computer literacy is demonstrated by being able to go online and conduct basic Internet searches, check email, create and send attachments, and perform basic email activities.
• It is strongly desired that you have two years of similar job experience in Material Management (e.g. inventory, distribution, etc.).
• Communication abilities, interpersonal skills, organizational capacity, outstanding body mechanics, safety measures, and infection control knowledge, ability to follow directions, and knowledge of section specific test content and tools are all possible factors.
