To satisfy the many administrative requirements of production, our Production Assistant works closely with the Line Producer, Production Manager, and Production Coordinator.

Qualifications:

• Provides editorial control while writing host copy such as scripts, billboards, tape and copy pieces, and connecting copy.
• assembles and frames camera shots, using technical considerations of light, lenses, and camera settings to generate the effects desired by filmmakers.
• To learn more about the department and the process, take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Informing the management team of the props’ availability and whereabouts with pinpoint accuracy. ensuring enough supply of props and communicating any shortages to the management.
• For best upkeep, clean, paint, and make any necessary repairs to walls, furniture, photo sets, and tiny props.
• Preparation of sets for photographs of toys, furniture, home décor, clothing, activities, educational games, and crafts.
• assisting in the flow of tangible goods through the studio.
• Help organize props, prop rooms, and dressing rooms.
• use of appropriate social media sites for news gathering and audience interaction (as required and directed).
• Makes changes to the focus, exposure, and lighting of the camera(s) as requested by the director.

Skills:

• mastery of office tools like computers, phones, copiers, scanners, fax machines, and more.
• Proven ability to write for broadcast with clarity, brevity, and command of grammar conventions.
• Capacity to work under pressure, set priorities, and complete numerous tasks at once.
• Competence in social media as a tool for topic research, news collecting, and audience involvement.
• Competence in conceiving, developing, and executing one’s own long-form media projects, such as series.
