Qualifications:

• Ensure that the quality, sterilization, packaging, R&D, and biocompatibility teams, among others, are aligned with the change control team’s outputs.
• Help the program manager by providing details on the program’s goals, timing, budget, risk management, alternatives, and supporting resources.
• Assist projects in communicating with funders, submitting funding submissions and reports on schedule, and managing project grants to ensure all promises are met.
• Take responsibility for the project management phases, including planning, budgeting, quality control, and release procedures.
• Manage initiatives with a variety of sizes, from minimal complexity to high growth, breakthrough, or platform scale development prospects, both domestically and/or internationally. Pre-concept/early development projects and post-commercialization product-related initiatives are examples of project kinds.
• Prove your technical prowess in a regulated medical device design control environment by using PMI-standard project management methodologies and other high-quality product development processes. Render guidance and direction to inexperienced project managers and team members.
• Guide and assist global, multi-disciplinary teams working on complex projects in a variety of locales. Help foster a team environment characterized by mutual respect, autonomy, responsibility, and appreciation.
• Keep the momentum going, get people together to solve problems and overcome roadblocks, and make sure they follow through on their promises.
• Keep open lines of communication amongst all stakeholders in a project, from individual workers to upper management, in order to ensure success.
• Provide immediate, continuous support for a wide range of activities, such as grant administration, contract development, financial analysis, and organizational structure maintenance.

Skills:

• lead many projects from conception to market entry, ideally in the medical device industry.
• You need either two years of experience in the field or a graduate degree if you don’t have any, whichever is greater.
• exhibits unwavering integrity and ruthless accountability; has the ability to earn the trust and respect of the highest levels of management.
• Excellent verbal, written, and nonverbal communication abilities; skilled active listening skills with a great knowledge of varied messaging styles; and polished ability to customize delivery to a wide range of people
• Knowledge of supply chains, sterilization processes, manufacturing/supplier transfers, or product release protocols aftermarket launch is desirable.
