In any organization, the Program Coordinator plays a vital role in managing and relaying information. You will use both our internal business system and our customers’ systems in your job, making sure that the documentation for long-term projects is up to snuff and that daily requirements are being met for internal stakeholders.

Job Title : Program Coordinator – AM Shifts

Salary : $ 33.41 per hour.

Qualifications:

  • takes part in efforts for Utilization Review and Quality Improvement.
  • helps the volunteers and staff of the crisis hotline provide high-quality care and create realistic goals for their work.
  • Daily support and counseling to staff in determining the sufficiency and suitability of each client’s financial or living resources, as well as assistance in finding alternative financial or living arrangements as necessary.
  • collaborates with the management team to maintain and enhance the crisis center’s protocols.
  • completing all additional steps required to keep a customer happy.
  • supervises and guides the Supervisor team in all matters pertaining to volunteer management.
  • Your chances of success can be significantly increased by joining a helpful study or work group.
  • When necessary, responds to emergencies and steps in as a crisis mediator. At the first hint of a crisis, intervenes with clients or others to help them prepare and be ready to receive aid.
  • Ensures that all client paperwork conforms to Center requirements.
  • Assists in ensuring that key performance indicators are met by the program and personnel.

Skills:

  • the capacity to express one’s ideas and emotions in both speech and writing.
  • ability to acquire and use new knowledge in response to unusual or difficult circumstances.
  • proficiency in managing and guiding a group of experts.
  • One example of PC competency is the ability to use word processors, spreadsheets, and other suitable programs.
  • Capacity to apply reasoning based on one’s own analysis, experience, and common sense.
