Job Title : Program Administrator – Tuesday to Saturday Shift

Qualifications:

  • Performs research and data collection for use in internal reporting. It does some basic data analysis. Gives advice on how to best present findings in a report.
  • Actively promote and engage with the program’s dedication to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility.
  • creates and oversees program budgets, and makes recommendations for or final decisions on resource and monetary allocation. Give up-to-date financial reports on demand.
  • Support all facets of program administration by working with professors, other offices, and partner institutions.
  • creates and carries out administrative and operating policies for programs. oversees the application, interpretation, and dissemination of program policies, and suggests or approves exceptions.
  • writes or supervises the writing of a wide range of business letters, reports, private documents, and associated materials. This agreement has been reviewed and signed, indicating acceptance.
  • coordinating with connected departments to meet program needs (human resources, financial services, student services, etc.)
  • assures privacy and limits access to confidential information like faculty and staff files.
  • Assigned tasks may include coordinating the department’s public relations efforts, such as seminars, conferences, and other events. collaboratively coordinates with service providers to set up locations, facilities, services, meals, accommodation, etc. Manages the process of making and disseminating promotional materials.
  • Supports the administration of funding agreements. Be diligent in keeping tabs on costs and providing updates. Deals with queries, complaints, and site visits from officers at funding organizations and university contract administrators through regular communication.

Skills:

  • Excellent computer skills include familiarity with Microsoft Word, Adobe for making and editing PDFs, and online meeting tools like Microsoft Outlook and Teams, as well as Zoom.
  • evidence of competent management of financial resources, administrative leadership, and budgeting.
  • At the very least, you’ll need three years’ worth of relevant work experience.
  • It is preferred that applicants have a bachelor’s degree, although four additional years of experience in the field will be accepted in its place.
  • A highly collaborative attitude to daily work, excellent organizational and project management skills, and an open communication style.
