The major responsibility of the Production Associate will be to do daily financial, market, and underwriting analysis on multifamily loans. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn everything there is to know about multifamily mortgages, to interact with our clients on a regular basis, and to train in the best programs available. Working directly with Originators on transaction sourcing, structuring, and underwriting is an advantage of this position.

Qualifications:

• Update and maintain our e-commerce site, including pricing modifications and product uploads.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including design, to ensure that projects run smoothly and that our digital customer experience improves overall.
• Work closely with the development team to set requirements and oversee the content and functionality of the digital experience’s implementation and testing.
• By contributing memorandums, graphics/covers, flyers, maps, aerials, logos, floor plans, pictures, presentation graphic/charts, and end bound volumes, you may help with proposal creation, design, and editing.
• Oversee the integration of diamond video and photo sites, including onboarding new vendors and ensuring that they match our standards.
• Each year, attend at least one online training as well as any appropriate in-house training.
• Maintain positive working relationships with the underwriting, closing, and asset management teams, as well as external agency investors.
• In collaboration with internal teams and the development team, troubleshoot, report, and QA website bugs, including products and back-end functionality.
• The Production Associate is in charge of following the proper procedures in order to produce final products.
• All of these programs are required: Office, eXtyles, Adobe, ProofCentral, and PTS (basic level).

Skills:

• WordPress and Mailchimp are two content management systems, as well as marketing and outreach tools, that you should be familiar with.
• Highly organized, with a strong desire to oversee a project from beginning to end.
• It is necessary to have a high school diploma, a GED, or an equivalent.
• Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint are required programs for the applicant to be familiar with.
• ToonBoom Storyboard Pro, Final Draft 9.0, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator are all tools that you should be familiar with.
