From start to end, the Production Associate will assist Producers as well as Production Support with real estate marketing, finance, and equity placement.

Qualifications:

• Attend at least one online course and any relevant in-house trainings per year.
• All of the following applications are required: Office, eXtyles, Adobe, ProofCentral, and PTS (basic level).
• Troubleshoot, report, and QA website faults including products and back-end functionality, in coordination with internal teams and the development team.
• The Production Associate is responsible for adhering to protocols in order to manufacture final goods.
• Make and keep solid working relationships with the underwriting, closing, and asset management closing departments, as well as external agency investors.
• Execute e-commerce site content updates and projects, such as product uploads and pricing modifications.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including design, to ensure that projects run smoothly and that our digital customer experience improves overall.
• Oversee the integration of diamond video and photo sites, including onboarding new vendors and ensuring that they match our standards.
• Write specifications and supervise the implementation and quality assurance of the digital experience’s content and features in close collaboration with the development team.
• Assist with proposal development, design, and editing by providing memorandums, graphics/covers, flyers, maps, aerials, logos, floor plans, images, presentation graphic/charts, and end bound volumes.

Skills:

• You should be familiar with ToonBoom Storyboard Pro, Final Draft 9.0, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• WordPress and Mailchimp are two content management systems, as well as marketing and outreach platforms, to be aware of.
• Extremely well-organized, with a strong focus on project ownership from start to finish.
• GED or comparable high school diploma
• Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint are all tools that you should be familiar with.
