To manage the creation and execution of printed goods, the team is seeking a Production Artist situated in. This position will represent the interests of our creative teams around the world and serve as the local point of contact with our supply chain.

Qualifications:

• When checking technical packets for errors, you should have a good understanding of how to diagnose and fix issues related to artwork and decorations.
• Ability to take creative marketing briefs and design variations on themes and formats while maintaining brand integrity.
• Maintain design intent for printed goods by collaborating with graphic design, art, and industrial design teams.
• Help resolve problems when they arise between the design team and the printer.
• Investigates the recipes, layouts, and materials proposed for each proposal in close conjunction with the design team to guarantee its success.
• Responds quickly to multiple projects and deadlines with strong time management skills.
• All submission documents must be created, approved, and updated as appropriate.
• Maintain an updated system of file revisions and keep teams informed of any changes in production.
• Maintain brand consistency as it is applied to multiple products via multiple supply chains.
• Make ready the supplied artwork in a number of production-ready formats, and address any issues that may arise throughout the creation of the artwork.

Skills:

• Effective verbal and nonverbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with people of varying skill levels are essential.
• Two or more years of experience in the fields of graphic design, garment design, and/or apparel product development is preferred.
• Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and FlightCheck are just some of the products you should be familiar with.
• You trust your printer’s ability to meet your deadlines without sacrificing quality, and you feel comfortable having them handle all of the details of the printing process.
• MAC and any relevant programs, including the Illustrator and other programs from the Adobe Creative Suite, must be used with proven expertise.
