Qualifications:

• Prepare voucher documentation and route approvals to appropriate departments after matching all incoming files for processing.
• Subject area expertise in accounting and finance, as well as comprehensive technical knowledge of financial services accounting and reporting.
• A proven track record of advancement, management, and business success is required, as is a minimum of 3–5 years of total experience, preferably in a large financial services organization with at least 2 years in public accounting.
• To be considered for this job, you must have a bachelor’s degree.
• You can enter data as well as search for it using accounting software. Payments, budget balances, purchase order information and balances, and vendor information are among the items included in the package.
• To acquire payment authorization from the department, prepare the relevant paperwork, which include all necessary information.
• Expertise in general management and complex problem-solving.
• Experience in a related field, such as bookkeeping or office management.
• Examine the payment plan and set payment deadlines.
• All incoming vendor bills are cross-referenced against purchase orders to check that the prices, terms, descriptions, and quantities, as well as any discounts and freight costs, are correct.

Skills:

• You have good communication and presentation skills, both in writing and orally.
• Examine and handle the necessary approvals to execute the payment.
• Integrity is necessary, as are interpersonal skills.
• Excellent technical knowledge of financial services industry accounting and reporting, as well as accounting and finance subject matter capabilities.
• Using the monthly statement, reconcile each vendor’s invoices.
