Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Marketing Strategist who is creative, forward-thinking, and well-organized. In this role, you will collaborate with the business development team to conceive, plan, write, and implement varied content to market our services, raise brand awareness, encourage thought leadership, and generate leads. You must have great writing and visual presentation skills, as well as the ability to provide consistent, useful content across all marketing channels (organic, social, and paid), including landing pages, blogs, reports, and infographics. To track marketing effectiveness and guide decision-making, you must also have experience creating metrics and setting specific objectives. It is preferable if you have prior experience working with state and/or municipal policy concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Have a thorough understanding of branch operations to ensure that all rules and procedures are followed.
  • Track email performance, KPIs, and goals with the audience development team to offer stakeholders with frequent reporting updates and insights (content, sales, and creative studio teams).
  • You’ll be in charge of the evolution of themes/topics and content generation for the company’s content marketing strategy.
  • Identify key partner organizations, news sites, and policy groups that suit our strategy and brand in order to form collaborations with online communities.
  • associated with e-commerce, online payments, and fraud studies to attract our target audience and creation of visually attractive data-based material
  • Set up a content schedule for the school’s website and social media accounts, and provide information across many platforms.
  • Conduct content and competitor audits to give content optimization recommendations, including UX strategy, SEO, content tagging, and classification.
  • Execute and track email testing tactics, such as templates, subject lines, send timings, tailored content suggestions, audience segmentation, and so on, to improve email performance
  • Participate in social media activities such as content production and sharing on social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • To ensure messaging is consistent, succinct, and visually appealing, collaborate with internal and external content creators, as well as subject matter experts.

Skills:

  • On your CV, you should mention Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat), Canva, WordPress CMS, Microsoft Office, Grammarly, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Proven ability to manage a large number of accounts while paying great attention to details proven ability to connect effectively with clients and provide technical assistance to resolve client problems
  • By analyzing performance data and cooperating across departments, you’ll be able to assess the quantifiable impact of content and strategy decisions.
