It is also the responsibility of the Associate Product Manager to manage and deliver on customer engagements (functional requirements and acceptance criteria). Our Product Managers rely on this role to develop and design solutions that are based on data-driven insights, research, and pragmatic methods to implementation. In addition to assistance in the design of requirements, market research, competitive analysis, and analytics reporting are also provided.

  • The portfolio/product strategy covers product specifications, price and launch logistics. Among the responsibilities include developing and implementing strategy, monitoring performance indicators via business evaluations, and communicating effectively with internal and external partners.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and smoke testing as needed to ensure that releases and release candidates meet functional requirements, immediately identifying any faults and providing detailed guidance on how to fix them.
  • Understanding of market segmentation, corporate model, key success metrics, estimating sales and product demand, share performance and trends, competition, customer critical success factors and needs through customer interaction for program integration
  • Inculcates leadership in others by serving as a role model to create effective business solutions and good change, inspiring, motivating, and empowering others, and assisting others in achieving success.
  • Work closely with engineers, product marketing, customer success, operations, and customers to fully grasp client demands and possibilities.
  • Assumes responsibility for a variety of functions, including but not limited to forecasting, pricing, backorder management, and product launch management. Businesses in the United States and throughout the world rely on their services.
  • Support the synchronization of R&D/product development activities with creative services, sales, marketing, and financial planning and coordination.
  • Consolidate all of the functional and non-functional requirements for the digital products we build for our customers into user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows for end users and dataflows with annotations to provide engineers with the guidance they need when executing brand-new development tasks.
  • An outline of the most important findings and trends in competitive research will benefit those who are new to the competitive environment….
  • Collaborate with technology teams to provide meaningful value to customers, which includes producing product documentation, organizing development activities, consulting with clients, delivering successful releases, and assessing outcomes.


  • These qualities include attention to detail, the ability to communicate and manage stakeholders, a focus on consumers, the ability to be critical and innovative, and an efficient planner.
  • How to manage products at a basic level (e.g., reviewing income statement, cost analysis, SKU optimization, supporting data requirements for sales team)
  • In order to be considered, candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a science-related field and at least four years of experience solving problems or doing analyses.
  • tracking and ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product are met; data is used to identify areas where the product may be enhanced
  • Researches the market and evaluates the competition in order to best represent customer requirements and company objectives, and then translates those requirements and objectives into product suggestions.
