We’re looking for a global Treasurer to handle our company’s banking, investment, borrowing, and risk mitigation strategies. The successful candidate will manage the company’s cash flow as part of a wider Finance team to guarantee that normal business functions, debt payments, and new venture funding are all covered. This employee will also oversee the company’s global credit, collections, and insurance policies.

Qualifications:

• Powerful statistical knowledge and abilities, including the ability to do regression analyses and determine causal relationships.
• Establish and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) for the processes, including but not limited to cost, quality, and speed.
• To achieve the organization’s financial and treasury goals, evaluate, offer advice on, and put into practice funding sources, investment opportunities, and financial instruments.
• While ensuring successful and cost-efficient banking operations, develops and maintains long-lasting partnerships with banking partners.
• Create monthly and year cash flow projections in addition to short-term cash management strategies.
• The skill to successfully and constructively communicate with all levels of employees, management, and other agencies is crucial to improve performance, innovation, problem solving, and outcomes.
• Electronic banking domain accounts that are still active should be closed off. Add new users and roles to the newly created domain.
• When necessary, new and expanded efforts will be launched to improve aspects such as service quality, productivity, process simplicity, digitalization, and harmonization.
• Select a cash management bank, as required by some corporations. Accounts and a platform for electronic banking can both be opened. It is possible to create users and assign them roles and authority levels.
• Create a cross-currency notional pooling structure to aggregate global cash where it is legal and tax-efficient to do so. Automatic sweeps from local accounts will be feasible, and same-day access to international funds will be available.

Skills:

• Knowing how to use accounting software is a necessary skill.

• Diligent, methodical, and well-organized.
• Project prioritization skills and the ability to work well with several managers.
