The Program Administrator oversees all phases of aircraft tooling, from procurement to maintenance and repair. It is also the job’s responsibility to ensure that the tool program is calibrated and compliant.

  • Collaborate with instructors, other departments, and affiliated institutions to ensure the smooth operation of the program.
  • Tasks include gathering data and conducting research for departmental reports. Performs duties of an initial data analyst. provides recommendations for the structure and content of a report detailing research findings.

  • Composes and generates a range of business communications, reports, confidential documents and/or forms, and associated items, or directs the work of other employees who produce similar documents. Signs and reviews, as approved.
  • works in conjunction with related departments to meet program needs (human resources, financial services, student services, etc.)
  • Coordinates department public relations functions, as assigned, such as special events, conferences, seminars, etc. Arranges with vendors for sites, facilities, catering, guest accommodations, etc. Coordinates production and/or distribution of promotional materials.
  • Helps in the management of contracts and grants. Maintains a close eye on spending and report progress. Communicates with officers at funding agencies and university contract administrators to answer questions, address concerns, and arrange for site visits.

  • It is preferred that applicants have a bachelor’s degree, although four additional years of experience in the field will be accepted in its place.
  • At the very least, you’ll need three years’ worth of relevant work experience.
  • Good computer abilities – Microsoft Word, Adobe for creating and editing PDFs, online meeting tools like MS Outlook and Teams, Zoom.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities, a team-first attitude toward daily tasks, and an open communication style.
