An Associate Product Manager is in charge of product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product requirements, making real-time trade-off decisions based on ROI, and collaborating closely with engineering, design, marketing, legal, and operations to meet revenue and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications:

• Customers and product teams need to work together closely to discover and document customer needs and possibilities (engineering, customer success, operations, etc.
• Consumers’ expectations are critical success aspects and demands through connection with customers for incorporation into programs.
• Work with technology teams to develop and deliver high-quality products and services that satisfy customers.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and smoke tests as required to verify that releases and release candidates fulfill functional requirements, quickly identifying any issues and giving clear instructions on how to recreate them.
• If a company’s goods, sales, and marketing, as well as financial planning and coordination, are to be successful, they all need coordination.
• Engineers use storyboards to plan and construct new features for our customers’ digital products.
• Summarize significant findings and patterns of competitive research, utilizing statistics and data wherever applicable, encapsulating practices into documentation that can be read by stakeholders unfamiliar with the industry to assist establish a baseline awareness of competitive activity
• Instills leadership in others by serving as a role model for meaningful business solutions and positive change, encouraging, inspiring, and empowering others, and assisting others in their success.
• Responsible for developing and executing a portfolio/product strategy that includes product specs, pricing, and launch logistics. Developing and executing tactics, reviewing tactics performance utilizing metrics through business reviews, and effective usage and communication with internal partners and/or external agencies are just a few of the duties.
• Executes forecasting, pricing, back-order management and launch management for specified segments/product lines. Works with US and worldwide lifecycle and operations organizations.

Skills:

• Having a fundamental comprehension of product management (e.g., reviewing income statement, cost analysis, SKU optimization, supporting data requirements for sales team)
• Assessing KPIs and verifying the product meets or exceeds its goals helps identify areas for development.
• Researches and analyzes the competition to find out what fans want and what the business’s goals are. Then, based on those needs and goals, product recommendations are made.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science desirable, with at least 4 years of problem-solving/analytical experience.
• The ideal applicant is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, skilled at stakeholder and project management, customer-focused, a critical and creative thinker, an effective planner, and a lifelong learner.
