We are seeking a dedicated and dependable Inventory Manager to join our expanding firm. In this position, your primary responsibility will be to monitor and report on our company’s inventory levels. You will be in charge of creating inventory tracking systems, reviewing supply levels, ordering new items, and completing daily analyses. A competent inventory manager is a reliable professional with excellent record-keeping and analytical skills. The successful candidate will be able to evaluate and analyze massive amounts of data, as well as display outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

• While recognizing the difficulties and variations within business groups, collaborate with demand managers, supply managers, and cross-functional partners to standardize inventory processes.
• Assist in developing long-term supply chain strategy and implementation plans.
• To assure optimal inventory execution, integration, and performance, establish, implement, monitor, and report on cross-functional KPIs. Develop and implement ways to improve metrics.
• Responsible for presenting business concerns and opportunities to the next level of management.
• Own the Infrastructure team’s business requirements, development, implementation, and continuing improvement of Demand/Supply/Inventory planning and tools to support numerous supply chains.
• Work with the Supply and Demand Planning team to develop operational and service-enhancing strategies, capabilities, and procedures.
• Assist management in conducting risk assessments, developing alternative plans, and implementing mitigation measures.
• Make and put into action a plan for business analysis and reporting on a quarterly and monthly basis.
• Own and encourage operational compliance with each business group’s inventory regulations.
• We and others may produce successful goods by holding ourselves and others accountable for things like projection accuracy, quarterly financial fluctuation, inventory utilization, and delivery performance, for example.

Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in work experience, at least three of which must have been gained working in retail.
• Strong familiarity with data analysis, software for managing inventories, and forecasting methods.
• Understanding of warehouse management best practices and processes.
• Experience with databases and warehouse management software.
• Ability to develop presentations, internal communications, and business cases with ease and familiarity.
