Qualifications:

• To ensure that the project is finished on schedule and to specification, work breakdown structures (WBSs) and a detailed plan (i.e. milestones) are maintained.
• The key tasks of this role include coordinating and supervising testing, recording and monitoring results, and quickly addressing problems.
• Recognize and assist consumers who aren’t utilizing the service sufficiently.
• Each implementation project must be planned and regulated, notifying the customer of expected completion dates for each phase.
• Client tools and consultations such as empowerment, communications, change management, and technical guidance should be explained to customers.
• Develops alternative technical or business solutions with internal and external subject matter experts; advises on possibilities, risks, costs vs benefits, and influence on other business processes and system priorities.
• Prepare for the introduction of a new process by testing new scripts, workflows, or other solutions beforehand. Coordination of projects is needed for more intricate account settings to guarantee a successful conclusion
• To keep everyone up-to-date, project stakeholders get weekly status reports about what the project has accomplished, what plans are in place for the next week, and any problems that need management and stakeholder attention.
• Customized Company Solutions to fit the individual needs of the Client is an essential component of the deployment process.
• This is the process of putting together software projects, which includes determining their scope, assigning resources, establishing timetables, and interacting with other parties.

Skills:

• Accepts great responsibility for project success; excellent capacity to help others in completing projects via knowledge sharing.
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, supply chain management, management information systems, computer science, or project management is preferred but not required.
• Evolves alternative technical or business solutions in collaboration with functional and technical subject matter experts (internal and external); advises on possibilities, risks, costs vs benefits, and effect on other business processes and system priorities.
• Complete end-to-end configuration testing, co-ordinate and lead Client User Testing, record and monitor test findings, ensure problems are rectified in a timely way.
• Implementing, onboarding, project management, customer success, building relationships, and managing change must be done for at least five years.
