The Field Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of the builder center’s field installation services, including but not limited to: Administrative, field, service, and maintenance tasks are all included in this category. Also included in the responsibilities of this role is the coordination of the work of operations staff such as field service technicians and contract service workers such as cabinet installers, countertop contractors, and custom accessory contractors

Qualifications:

• Verbal, written, or electronic communication may be used to gather information that can be analyzed and used to find the best answer and resolve problems.

• A variety of duties may be performed in this role, including as handling and presenting grievances, assisting with local and statewide union management communication committees, and acting as the primary negotiator in master agreement negotiations.
• Monitors the implementation of campaigns in their service zones and ensures that relevant requirements are reached. This includes contract campaigns, membership education drives, member mobilization activities, leadership recruitment and development, and political activity.
• Solving often complicated drilling issues by monitoring, analyzing, and assessing accidents utilizing logging and drilling data
• create periodic reports, which may include, among other things, a weekly activity and service report, a monthly service, forecasting, and vehicle mileage report, and a quarterly installer bonus report.
• Investigates and resolves complaints from members, labor partners, and state agencies; conducts inquiries into claims of staff misconduct; is responsible for remedial action; first-level disciplinary proceedings, and contract administration.
• Advises on how best to help customers close their educational and/or career gaps.

Skills:

• The capacity to lead people effectively by building strong working connections, adjusting their leadership style to a broad variety of employees, recognizing their development needs, and providing them with coaching and mentoring has been shown.
• Ability to listen and communicate well with customers or clients in order to complete tasks or answer questions from customers, regulatory agencies, members of the business community, and members of the general public.
• knowledge or skill developed from operating transformers and other oil- or gas-filled electrical equipment is essential for the processing and disposal of all hazardous waste products generated by SCE and contractor facilities.
• A broad range of technical instructions in mathematical or pictorial form, as well as the ability to deal with a variety of abstract and tangible factors, are required for this position.
• Cabinet installation and maintenance, order input and delivery scheduling and subcontractor management are useful skills for construction sector workers.
