Individual Portfolio Managers are needed to join the company. The Portfolio Manager is the client’s main point of contact. They will be extremely knowledgeable about complex wealth management techniques and investment methods. The ideal applicant will have substantial experience in investing in impact and mission-related projects. The portfolio manager is in charge of fostering new client relationships while also overseeing the maintenance of current ones. Among the responsibilities is overseeing the client’s wealth management services delivery. This calls for keeping open lines of communication with the customer and consulting with all of the client’s advisors. In addition, this position will supervise a team of employees who provide client support services, such as analysts and administrators, who handle tax, investment management, financial planning, and other relevant financial services.

  • Capacity to engage in estate planning discussions and utilize both internal and external resources to accomplish the client’s estate planning objectives.
  • Help individuals and family foundations achieve their mission and impact investment objectives by recommending appropriate strategies.
  • Assesses the requirement to rebalance asset allocation on a quarterly basis in relation to policy and goals.
  • Collaborates with each client to draft an investment policy statement (IPS) that takes into account the latter’s unique investment objectives, risk tolerance, and other factors.
  • Keep an eye on how well managers are doing in contrast to industry standards, and use that data to inform clients about who exactly is making a difference, and who isn’t.
  • Make an effort to win the client over and earn their trust before tackling any money problems.
  • Gaining an in-depth insight of the client’s entire financial and family situation is essential for building an investment and financial plan based on goals.
  • In-person financial, tax, and estate planning consulting with attorneys, accountants, and other professionals.
  • the ability to ascertain client investing objectives by considering factors such as risk tolerance, desired asset allocation, and required level of liquidity.
  • Work closely with the tax advisors of your clients to comprehend, coordinate, and implement income tax planning.


  • Superior skills in designing and implementing data infrastructure, mining data, and integrating it.
  • A master’s degree or its equivalent in a comparable discipline (investments, finance, law, accounting/tax, economics, business administration) and/or 15 years of related experience are required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Individual must have in-depth knowledge of all aspects of wealth management, including investment skills, products, services, and processes.
  • Expertise in the Banking Industry, with a focus on Risk Management, Subprime Lending, Portfolio Analysis, etc.
  • Capable of conveying and expressing ideas in both written and conversational media.
