As a Photographer, you’ll take student and staff photographs. You must take high-quality photos with confidence and professionalism. You’ll also shoot sports, events, and other programs. We want enthusiastic, detail-oriented individuals. You’ll require teamwork and child-care skills. Your own transportation is needed. In certain regions, you may need to spend the night.

Qualifications:

• Ensure that all of the photographic equipment and materials are well-organized and ready before each shoot. People need to be posed and photographed in order for you to get a good picture of them.
• Personnel protection equipment (PPE) is standard issue in every company that puts a high value on employee health and safety. An investment in one’s talents and expertise by way of photographic training
• Intermediate to expert abilities in Adobe Photoshop and CaptureOne to edit photographs.
• Use high-quality still cameras, lighting equipment, and associated methods to capture images that provide endless challenges in terms of motion, color contrast, and lighting.
• In the event of a last-minute change in your schedule, you may be required to be available for on-call duty. Non-studio activities may need travel.
• To ensure that our consumers get consistently high-quality images, establish photography standards and processes. Make it a point to be at all scheduled appointments on time.
• Has a strong feeling of duty to keep the working studio tidy and well-maintained. Ability to pick up new techniques and software quickly and a strong desire to do so ability to prioritize production in line with a specified timetable
• If it’s the right time of year, the Photographer may cover a variety of school and athletic events (such as proms and dances) as well as student sessions in and out of the studios.
• Compose, stylize, and stage product photos in accordance with particular instructions, standards for lighting, color correctness, and exposure for each shot in a large volume of photographs.
• Choose shutter speeds, lens settings, filters, camera angles, exposure periods, and camera remote controls for technical and scientific missions.

Skills:

• One year of relevant experience in photography, electronics, or networking; or completion of formal training with a solid knowledge of Microsoft.
• Style and product photography skills. Moderate digital photography, lighting, image editing, and composition skills. A meticulous eye for detail and color accuracy
• It’s far more enjoyable to work on electrical layouts and design projects than to sit in an office all day long. Be a good communicator in the job.
• having a basic working knowledge of the Mac OS and using a DSLR Excellent ability to plan ahead and stay on top of things, to fix illumination and camera malfunctions
• Adjusting shutter speed, aperture, and ISO with ease Adobe Photoshop knowledge ranging from beginner to advanced is required. Basic retouching and editing abilities (liquify, lasso tool, spot healing, etc)
