Qualifications:

• Consult on various strategic initiatives in order to add an Association/Affinity perspective to talks.
• Meet or beat projected financial returns on company-wide initiatives, new business endeavors, and digital efforts. Produce a strategy that will aid in the completion of the objectives.
• In order to achieve your business objectives, you should seek out companies who are growing, relocating, or adding to their workforce.
• Assist our legal, underwriting, and account management teams in coordinating with compliance to bolster materials and ensure adherence to regulations.
• Help Product Delivery with requests for state advertising filings by creating and organizing the necessary marketing materials.
• Identify target audience, design brand identity and messaging, and ensure that all aspects of the marketing campaign are executed to the client’s satisfaction.
• look for ways to make improvements to our procedures on a regular basis and take part in operational efficiency.
• All aspects of advertising are examined, from traditional media to digital and social media to SMS messaging and everything in between.
• During regular conversations with stakeholders, share what you’ve learned and aggressively propose new, creative solutions.
• Finding solutions to assist clients in achieving their goals through efficient advertising requires understanding their business objectives and advertising tactics.

Skills:

• competent in the use of the Microsoft Office suite. Ability to work at an intermediate level in both Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent project management abilities, including the capacity to oversee several projects at once and under pressure.
• a someone who thinks for themselves and takes the lead in identifying problems, making practical suggestions, and developing viable options. ability to get by with minimal oversight and direction.
• If you’re applying to work in the financial services industry, it’s preferable that you have at least three years of experience in marketing or compliance.
• education at the university level and work experience related to regulatory affairs, marketing, or a related subject.
