Qualifications:

• Working for 2–5 years in a tax or accounting capacity is required.
• To join, you must be at least 18 years old.
• Capacity to educate and train younger workers.
• Experience with business tax return workpapers and forms is required.
• You should be able to go from one location to another in an office setting.
• In a fast-paced, dynamic environment, you should be able to provide high-quality products.
• Accounting and tax software that may be used on a computer are needed.
• Must be well-organized and capable of handling many duties at the same time.
• Deadlines and deliverables for clients must be controlled and tracked.
• Having a high school diploma is required.

Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities are necessary.
• Oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
• Conscientious, self-motivated, and detail-oriented applicants are preferred.
• While dealing with sensitive information, always act honestly and discreetly.
• Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel abilities are required.
