Qualifications:

• Getting faxes, mail, messages, and packages to residents and letting them know about them. Help people send faxes, mail, packages, and messages.
• The community center’s staff organizes activities such as movie evenings and game nights for members to attend.
• Provides locals with up-to-date information about local services and forthcoming activities. Retains regular touch with information sources. Makes bookings for residents for supper, the theater, and other local activities.
• Support with the follow-up process once regular requests are fulfilled, and serve as a point of contact for residents and members of the service team for both normal and emergency maintenance requirements. If an emergency maintenance scenario arises, call someone right once.
• Responding to residents’ requests for services, handling packages, and allowing access to permitted guests and merchants are all responsibilities.
• Eliminating accidents and enforcing safe working practices are two ways to keep the workplace safe.
• Keeping a watch on security cameras, door alarms, life-safety systems, and building alarms to ensure the protection of people and property.
• Make sure that your visitors, residents, and other Associates all have a good impression of your institution by getting along well with your coworkers.
• Checking the community’s common spaces and amenities is an important aspect of your job as an Associate.
• In the event that someone from your company or family or network happens to be passing through or applying for a position in the region, a sincere greeting would be appreciated. Depending on their industry, provide visitors with information about where they want to go.

Skills:

• Having a solid understanding of the resort’s operations and business processes is essential for this position.
• You must be able to work with consumers, be adaptable, take the initiative, and be proficient in Microsoft Office in order to succeed in this position.
• Know how important it is to work together and are willing to learn from others.
• A minimum of one year’s experience in hospitality, administration, or marketing is required.
• According to current rules and regulations, all of these activities are carried out.
