Job Description

To execute and assess all national sponsored social media efforts, the Digital Media Specialist will work with other internal team members. For the organization’s objectives, this job will help develop and execute sponsored social media campaigns, focusing on ways to increase KPIs and goals.

Qualifications:

  • Qualitative assurance encompasses a wide range of activities, including search engine optimization, accessibility compliance, and functional linkages. When evaluating campaigns and programs, it is important to include and analyze online analytics data.
  • Production of presentations and updates for management. Taking notes at meetings and on weekly calls to help with the development of strategic and tactical ideas for the company.
  • While adhering to established contact standards, writes, edits, and assesses material for digital content creation and development in partnership with business partners. Ensuring that digital media have up-to-date and comprehensive product/service information that is easily available to existing and potential customers The digital assets of the organization should be audited regularly.
  • Leadership and management of marketing campaigns; development and evaluation of citizen surveys and communications; and preparation of submissions for program recognition and publication are some of the responsibilities of this position.
  • Manage partners, such as third-party creative agencies or other paid digital platforms or affiliate/incentivized traffic agencies with the help of the Acquisition Manager
  • Keep in touch with your clients and find ways for them to be more efficient while you keep growing your business.
  • Keep an eye out for out-of-date information on the website and update it if appropriate, including photographs, video embeds, and textual content.
  • Provide advice on digital media equipment purchases and maintenance. Fix digital media system issues. Estimate the costs of various equipment alternatives. Take care of university assets.
  • Taking part in presentations and delivering information to the company’s executives. Meeting and weekly phone conversations to help the company generate strategic and tactical ideas.
  • With the help of the digital analytics team, create reporting, analysis, and optimization strategies for sponsored social programs.

Skills:

  • Work with customers and coworkers in a manner that is both professional and respectful in order to provide excellent service to our clients.
  • Need to be able to think analytically and organize things well; have advanced computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and content management systems and social media account management; and be able to work well with others.
  • Advice on acquiring and maintaining digital media devices is available. Troubleshoot and fix digital media system issues. Find out how much various equipment choices cost. Pay attention to the university’s finances.
  • Assisting with many tasks at once while meeting rigorous deadlines and changing direction if necessary.
  • Requires outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
