The main duties of this position will be to use a handheld PDA device to record and input inventory of all usable parts from vehicles acquired. The ideal applicant will thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere, pay close attention to detail, get along with others, and possess great verbal and writing communication skills.   • responsible for following and maintaining procedures, as well as contributing to the development of any procedures that have not yet been established.
  • Carried out the Tool Room’s cycle counts as planned.
  • To ensure that the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), the most recent SQF code, and all other applicable rules and regulations pertaining to food safety are followed.
  • Keep control of the tool room, distribute equipment and supplies to the production team, return tools to the designated tool room area, and maintain the appearance and cleanliness of all business property.
  • Daily tasks must be completed in a safe, timely, and effective manner by adhering to established procedures and standards.
  • Workstations should be counted for inventory on a regular basis.
  • Carry out physical inventory counts, including cycle counts, and report any discrepancies or unusual fluctuations in stock.
  • Use the ticket system and/or email to notify the supervisor and appropriate staff of any issues encountered while assembling or troubleshooting.
  • Produce and sustain first-rate service for both internal and external clients.
  • Assist in various warehouse maintenance tasks, including sweeping floors, storing equipment, etc.


  • Working as an Inventory Clerk in a high-volume production environment for at least one to two years is preferred.
  • A familiarity with a variety of measurement devices, including tape measures and calipers.
  • Competence in conveying ideas and thoughts to other people.
  • Additionally, to having strong written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving abilities are also essential.
  • Consider the relative costs and benefits of potential activities in order to determine the best appropriate course of action.
