An outgoing, meticulous, and passionate Operations Analyst is needed immediately. This position is responsible for carrying out and improving our client’s operational processes. Account management, configuration management, and change management are all examples of processes. When it comes to supporting operational requirements and transformation projects, the Operations Analyst will develop operational models, procedures, process flows, and other documentation.

Qualifications:

• Research and resolve trade and account issues in a timely way in order to minimize failures and wasteful expenditures.
• Work as a partner and actively participate in cross-functional teams and with customers on transformation initiatives and day-to-day business.
• Check the daily collateral requirements. Reduce your clients’ credit risk by keeping a close eye on their exposure to counterparties and making any necessary transfers of collateral.
• As the team’s business analyst, you’ll be responsible for reviewing and handling all requests for modifications.
• Help automate operational operations; make suggestions, communicate with engineers, and test improvements.
• Specify, oversee, and confirm trade settlement, position and money transfers.
• Utilize commercial relationships with counterparts to negotiate and expedite the implementation of operational changes and solutions.
• Develop procedures, manuals, and other documentation for information systems.
• Breakdowns in operational controls, the escalation of serious situations, and old reconciliation inconsistencies.
• Check with numerous sources, including as brokers and custodians, to confirm trades and other transactions.

Skills:

• Monitor, create and publish reports and metrics across multiple business departments.
• Competency in the SDLC/SELC (Systems Development Life Cycle/Systems Engineering Life Cycle).
• To outline operational business insights and enhancements, synthesize analysis into properly written memos and presentations.
• Provide business recommendations and feedback after auditing several departments and job activities.
• Ability to use common software programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
