Job Description

Front office supervisors are responsible for ensuring that the Company’s HQ Welcome Center is working smoothly, giving assistance to both employees and visitors. The office manager is responsible for all aspects of administrative and event support at the corporate headquarters, including front desk management and coordination, employee and guest support, and overall event support. As a result, the Office Manager collaborates with the Facilities Supervisor to ensure that projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

  • Control the recruitment, onboarding, development, and evaluation of workers under your direction.
  • Oversees the observance of FHMG policies and procedures by all employees, especially those that do with data entry, insurance, licensing, and timekeeping.
  • Manage team to achieve departmental objectives and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • It is your duty to inform all employees and service providers of any changes to the policies, forms, or requirements.
  • Ensures staff are engaged, appreciated, and motivated by communicating survey results, developing action plans, and tracking action plan progress.
  • To make adjustments to operations, assess office performance, improve work flow, or generate fresh ideas.
  • Training and education activities should be used to motivate employees to boost production and process quality.
  • Planned and organized daily resource use to provide a dependable and efficient functioning.
  • Accountable for inspiring the team to provide excellent patient care and for establishing and putting into practice plans to consistently enhance the patient experience.
  • Communicates with internal and external customers and suppliers as needed to build a common understanding and customer/supplier relationships.


  • You must have the ability to work well with others and adapt to a constantly changing work environment.
  • Preferably with one year of office experience.
  • Presented leadership and management abilities.
  • Must be capable of working independently with discretion.
  • Able to use MS Office programs well (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel).
