Consulting and software implementation services are offered to customers in the Residential, Commercial and Corporate real estate industries by the Implementation Consultant. Project management, business needs analysis, system setup, and user training and support are all aspects of this position. Most desirable are individuals who can demonstrate extensive expertise deploying industry-leading ERP solutions (such as MRI, Yardi, or RealPage).

Qualifications:

• A technical and functional subject matter expert (internal or external) works with other functional and technical subject matter experts to come up with different technical or business solutions. They also give advice on options, risks, costs vs. benefits, and how they will affect other business processes and system priorities.
• Organize and lead Client User Testing, record and monitor test results, ensuring that issues are resolved quickly, and verify that the setup is proper based on business and technical requirements.
• Before deploying new processes, test new scripts, workflows, or other solutions. Project cooperation is necessary for more complicated account settings to assure success.
• Creating blueprints for software projects, which includes defining the scope, assigning resources, establishing timelines, laying out communication tactics, and identifying testing and maintenance.
• To keep everyone up-to-date, project stakeholders get weekly updates on the project’s successes, plans for the next week, and problems that need management and stakeholder attention.
• Supervise deployment in the first 60–90 days of a customer’s lifecycle to meet implementation key performance indicators. If a customer isn’t using the product much, contact them and give them tips on how to use it more. You should also look for areas of opportunity.
• For every implementation project must be run in a structured, managed way that tells the customer when each stage of the implementation is expected to be finished.
• As part of the implementation process, deliver the required company solution by configuring company solutions to meet customer needs. This lets the company deliver a solution that works well for each customer, creating value and making the most of growth opportunities.
• Client tools and consultations, such as enablement, communications management, change management, and technical advice, are critical for customers to grasp.
• To guarantee project completion on time and to specification, WBSs and a comprehensive plan (i.e. milestones) are maintained.

Skills:

• a minimum of five years’ experience in implementation, onboarding, project management, client success, relationship development, and change management is needed.
• Bachelor’s degrees in business or related fields are desirable but not required.
• Configuration testing, coordination and supervision of the user testing, documenting and monitoring of test results, and ensuring that issues are rectified quickly.
• Experts (internal and external) working together to provide alternative technological or business solutions, as well as give advise on the possible benefits and hazards as well the influence on other business processes and systems.
• Needs little guidance from a superior management, but takes significant responsibility for the accomplishment of a project. This person also has the capacity to effectively help others in completing tasks by sharing their expertise and experience.
