Qualifications:

  • Close guest accounts at time of check out and establish satisfaction. A supervisor should be consulted if an issue persists despite your best efforts to find a solution on your own, within the confines of the company’s rules and regulations.
  • Greet guests quickly and warmly. Use a friendly and clear voice, listen to comprehend requests, and offer correct information like store hours and area attractions.
  • Assist with cleaning any section of the hotel that the manager instructs you to, such as the front desk, the staff break room, the guest laundry, the fitness room, the vending areas, the stairwells, and the public spaces.
  • Reconcile the day’s payments and expenditures with the sums shown on the system, produce deposit slips, and update the Guest Services Manager on the day’s financial standing. Changes required
  • Fill out the registration forms for your guests and double verify that they have provided all of the necessary information in the appropriate spaces. Always make sure that the information in guest accounts is up to date, including credit card and identification numbers, as well as any modifications.
  • Guests can tell when a hotel’s employees go above and beyond to provide excellent service. Excellent customer service and quick and precise check-in are the foundations of a successful product.
  • Impact Housekeeping, Social, Breakfast, and Laundry, among others. Clean the guest toilets, lobby, and other public areas of the hotel at all times.
