The Multimedia Designer will play a significant position in assisting with the communication, marketing, and branding of the Company narrative as a member of the Global Marketing Team. The Multimedia Designer will play a crucial part in creating digital strategy and execution to drive development in digital channels and assist Coniglio prospects and clients in engaging with our services and products. Your work will include online, graphic, and video media and will represent a sizable global brand through digital and physical channels. Participating in numerous design projects from conception to completion is the responsibility of this function. Your daily activities include managing your own projects, creating draughts, prototypes, and compelling design solutions, as well as listening to feedback to sharpen skills and enhance design.

Qualifications:

  • To be qualified in social media assets, such as responsive and mobile website designs, email design, print marketing, digital advertising, and print assets, one must have at least five years of experience. You should also be dedicated to developing your skills and staying current with industry trends and advancements.
  • When a project is vast or complicated, the post-production team is responsible for evaluating and editing all of the footage, adjusting/editing color, making changes as requested by internal stakeholders, and completing final edits for the film.
  • It is possible to convey a message using a range of approaches, including color and font, art and photography, as well as print and layout techniques. This involves making sure that the visual design conveys the intended message and works well for a variety of technical specifications.
  • To execute and justify creative decisions that help drive success across KPIs, do research on the project and client needs, as well as work with various partners to help oversee the execution of advertising campaigns servicing clients in up to 30 areas.
  • Maintain a high output rate while adhering to high accuracy and quality standards and meeting or exceeding production deadlines by assisting sales and production teams in the preparation of print files for daily orders of bespoke graphics.
  • Produce Kwik Boost-branded marketing materials such as sell sheets, posters, adverts and banner ads for Kwik Boost trade shows while working closely with the Marketing department.
  • Eye-catching graphics are required for all of the agency’s internal and external channels, including social media, the website, information technology (IT), and self-service kiosks. To improve the user interfaces for our systems, platforms, and software toolkits, recognize and respect project objectives and design limitations.   • Through the conception, design, and implementation of creative and strategic communication and marketing materials across digital and print platforms, take the lead in visual storytelling about the Company’s research excellence and the offices that support it. To put creative ideas in the form of photography, film, animation, design, etc., this will entail creating creative assets and collaborating with both internal personnel and outside suppliers.
  • Perform a variety of elementary technical activities, such as acquiring the necessary photos and graphics, updating presentations, and plotting or printing presentation materials, as well as basic technical preparation for presentations. Additionally, create and learn about innovative information-sharing techniques that either enable greater accuracy, simple template usage, or clearer communication while preserving a sophisticated visual aesthetic.
  • Understand the concepts and requirements of the project, participate and inquire as needed to deepen understanding, and employ a variety of techniques to produce initial designs, concepts draughts, models, and prototypes as well as multimedia design work that includes logos, banners, social media campaigns, advertising campaigns, brand systems, edited short- and long-form videos, illustrations, and animated visuals / graphics.

Skills:

  • A high school diploma or the equivalent and six years of experience in community work or community centered activities in a field related to the duties as described above, or a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community centered activities.
  • In-depth knowledge of project goals and the interrelationships among the many pieces of information, as well as the ability to work efficiently under pressure before important business meetings, as well as the ability to actively listen and ask questions.
  • Forging strong working relationships across internal (including as a partner to high-performing product, brand, and engineering teams), as well as external (agencies) teams is crucial. This includes the capacity to operate under pressure and in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a work ethic, as well as strong organizational and time management abilities, are also required.
