The Membership Coordinator will be in charge of coordinating our membership program as well as providing administrative and outreach support to our internal staff and membership. The Membership Coordinator serves as a vital contact between our organization and its members. He or she will make certain that our membership program is well-organized and that our members receive outstanding customer service. This position is crucial in ensuring that members are reaping the benefits of our program on a regular basis. This job will also provide administrative support, program leadership, and coordination of special initiatives.

  • Current and prospective members are kept up to date on the worth and perks of membership by email, teleconference, and web interactions.
  • Provide members with a central point of contact; answer to general enquiries.
  • While organizing the current member service operations, build relationships with members and negotiate contracts with them.
  • Review and make any necessary adjustments to the insurance policies held by current members.
  • Use Dynamics CRM to maintain complete and up-to-date information about our members.
  • Recruit new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones by promoting the company’s products and services to members and insureds.
  • Create and maintain all office and electronic membership-related files and systems.
  • The management of membership recruiting, rewards, and application processing.
  • Actively participate in the formulation of a membership development strategy, as well as peer and research to discover best practices, and in program planning with leadership.
  • Keep track of important membership growth data, report on them, and produce reports to guide your member engagement strategy.


  • At least one year of relevant job experience in membership, fundraising, or administration; preference will be given to those with experience working for associations or charitable organizations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the capacity to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment are required.
  • Competence in handling multiple duties, projects, and deadlines with efficiency and skill.
  • Expert use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales objectives, as well as generate new business and partnerships.
