Job Description

At our clinic, a Healthcare Administrator is a key figure. A Healthcare Administrator is in charge of operations in and around clinics and supervises a single clinic location. A Healthcare Administrator is responsible for supervising clinical and non-clinical employees, assisting with operational initiatives, and ensuring that the clinic runs smoothly and on time on a daily basis.

Salary : $ 35.96 per hour.

Qualifications:

  • Ensure that both internal and external referrals to the agency are coordinated.
  • Evaluate the agency’s ability to meet the patients’ expected clinical needs prior to accepting the admission.
  • To achieve agency clinical operational and financial success, collaborate with other essential partners within the organization.
  • Check to see that the patient and partner assignments are right.
  • Ascertain that the needs of the patients are examined on a regular basis.
  • Ascertain that the patient’s unique POC is created, implemented, and updated.
  • Check whether the patient’s recommendations are appropriate for admission.
  • Participate in any center/agency surveys and reports that are required (Licensure / JCAHO).
  • Make sure you have comprehensive control over all aspects of patient care coordination.
  • In order to reach desirable recruitment and retention goals, clinical partners are coached, monitored, and precepted.

Skills:

  • It is necessary to have a current CPR certificate.
  • You must have two (2) years of recent clinical experience as an RN.
  • It is necessary to be a graduate of an accredited/approved RN programme or have a nursing degree from an accredited institution or university.
  • In the state of practise, a current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licence is required.
  • Prior experience in home health care is required for this position.
