  • Highly effective individual salesperson with proven ability to prospect and close deals in the mid-market.
  • Construct potential solutions that illustrate the client’s realistic options.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with upper management by submitting timely and accurate business projections, estimates, and paperwork, and managing all aspects of the sales communication and negotiating process.
  • In charge of boosting earnings by selling bundled media and promotional offerings across platforms like video, social media, print, digital, mobile, tablet, and live events.
  • Develop and maintain connections with important decision-makers in the advertising industry, both at the agency and client levels.
  • Keep important internal stakeholders (such as split partners, finance, marketing, and so on) up to date on account status, proposals, personnel changes, and so on.
  • Utilize marketing and sales collateral, including graphic presentations, research reports, and sales support data, to effectively convey the company’s message to customers.
  • Create annual and quarterly business plans to drive revenue growth and strategy across portfolio of accounts.
  • Find leads inside the agreed-upon verticals, start conversations, and push to a successful closure.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Services group to develop and implement innovative strategies for clients that boost revenue.


  • Ideally, you’ll have had at least two years of outside sales experience with integrated systems, but four is preferable.
  • Ability to consistently provide high-quality work on schedule and follow through efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively while also ensuring accuracy of work through attention to detail.
  • Those who set goals for themselves and work toward their realization must be results-oriented, proactive, and willing to take responsibility for their activities and the outcomes of any issues that emerge.
  • Possess excellent written and vocal communication skills, as well as the ability to interact confidently and effectively with audiences of all sizes.
