Qualifications:
- In order to assist doctors and nurses, medical records are gathered and screening procedures are carried out in line with provider standards, as well as patient and family information being recorded, calls being answered and samples being collected prior to testing.

- This job aids the clinical team in managing a particular caseload while working under the direction of the Medical Director, Clinic Director, and Office Manager, depending on their training and/or experience in an outpatient treatment programmed (if applicable). - The standard of care requires that patients be prepared for x-rays, tests, and operations, that electrocardiograms be conducted according to age-appropriate standards, and that safety hazards be addressed by speaking out and adjusting practice in order to enhance patient safety.
Skills:
- Sterilization technology, specific methods, and personal hygiene and cleanliness are all part of this job’s skill set requirements. Health and safety factors at a clinic must also be taken into account when hiring new employees.
- Minimum of one year of work experience in a public contact position, particularly in the service industry, with a high school graduation or its equivalent is necessary.
