We need a Chief Planner right away. This person will be in charge of organizing the execution of strategic programs and the related schedules. Examine any adjustments that have been suggested for the project to evaluate how they may impact the budget and schedule. Analyze the assigned program burden and provide project support. There are two components of analysis that may be examined: scope and time constraints. Create schedules that include project phasing, project milestones, and crucial connections between program tasks to plan, organize, and visualize all significant program activities. Open channels of communication, produce reports, do research, and provide feedback to enhance the program.

Qualifications:

• controls large-scale activities or projects while operating primarily independently and with little oversight.
• monitors the master data for each input, output, and intermediate.
• establishes rapport by use of articulate speech and skillful negotiation with internal and external stakeholders.
• Learn how to develop and update all plant schedules so you can step in as necessary.
• Input/output control reports can be used to evaluate the condition on the production floor.
• A point of contact to support remote industrial plants with their production demands.
• Using sophisticated analytic and technological talents, develops new approaches to tackling old challenges.
• collaboration with other departments, such as engineering, accounting, and HR, to share data
• Investigate discrepancies, come up with original remedies, and evaluate progress reports.
• Maintains regular contact with corporate planning to discuss plant-wide scheduling, production schedules, and maintenance needs.

Skills:

• have the ability to manage the planning process using spreadsheets and SAP or equivalent ERP software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; at ease communicating at any managerial level.
• a bachelor’s degree in a comparable discipline from a college or institution that has earned accreditation.
• ability to synthesize a sizable number of complicated facts, strategic thinking, and good analytical abilities.
• Team player able to work well across business operations and develop strong business teams.
