Job Description

As a Marketing Analyst, you’ll work to develop scalable processes for campaign management, lead generation, CRM database maintenance, and web analytics. You’ll be in charge of external, internet acquisition marketing, including strategy, execution, and channel optimization. You’ll also be expected to collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams to create and track email campaigns that generate business results across B2B and B2C customer channels. You’ll also execute complicated data analyses across paid media, CRM, and website analytics, which will be used to help stakeholders throughout the firm make strategic decisions. You’ll be handling numerous projects at the same time in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications:

  • Analyze research/analysis data and convert results into meaningful business insights for media, communication, and creative teams, as well as department leadership, guiding overall marketing strategy and budgets, creative execution, and media mix.
  • Intelligence fuels the testing and optimization roadmap, allowing for the formation and validation of hypotheses aimed at improving the digital experience and site performance.
  • New product launches are investigated, reviewed, and reported on, as well as successful, innovative, and unsuccessful products. Analyze local data, statistics, and consumer trends, then put them together into a presentation framework for marketing or sales to use.
  • Creates, delivers, and maintains intuitive dashboards for marketers and other business teams that democratize digital data.
  • A working familiarity of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly spreadsheets in Excel, is necessary.
  • Advanced marketing analysis and data visualization employing Innova, Datassentials, Technomic, Nielsen, Mintel, Euromonitor, and Datamonitor research (a plus)
  • Take primary and secondary research to assist Category Marketers in developing a clear, effective selling story in a visually appealing digital style.
  • Keep an eye on the technological components that power the most important lead generation, distribution, reporting systems (such as marketing automation and CRM).
  • Working collaboratively with business teams to discover the most relevant business questions to be addressed in the data, develops recommendations to drive consumer awareness, engagement, contentment, retention, and other business outcomes.
  • Monitor and manage specified media on a daily basis, which could include SEO, SEM, direct mail, television, SMS, email, and other types of communication.

Skills:

  • Candidates must be able to break down a problem into an organized approach, structure, analyze, and generate recommended solutions when it comes to problem solving.
  • +4 years’ experience using data to design and measure content and inquiry/conversion marketing performance.
  • Must be currently permitted to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship and will not require sponsorship in the future.
  • Paid search (Google Advertising, Bing), PLA (Google Shopping), retargeting, social advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms), and Amazon Advertising or other self-serve retail marketplace ad platforms.
  • Technically proficient, a good communicator, and eager to improve operations and boost revenue through digital customer interaction.
