The main purpose of the Digital Director job is to help our team accomplish or surpass digital revenue objectives by implementing a solution-based selling strategy. Developing, implementing, and optimizing digital goods and Agency services is the responsibility of this individual. In collaboration with the executive team, identifies and integrates customers’ marketing demands into a sales solution. Initiates and oversees the launch, training, sales, and analysis of new digital initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • For internal or external development, recommend and define new administration tools or feature/function upgrades to current tools.

  • In line with our brand strategy, you must establish, manage, and constantly enhance our digital marketing initiatives. This includes, but is not limited to, Google Ad Words, Facebook Ads, social media, and the website. You must guarantee that the required consumer engagement objectives are met across all of our digital channels.
  • you will be the main contact and relationship manager for your media partners. Create media briefings to give strong advice, review, and keep improving on agency plans that have been proposed.
  • Streamline the design and delivery of new products using contemporary DevSecOps processes to bring commercial value to end consumers on a daily basis.
  • you’ll have to make short TV and web videos that will help us spread the word about our brand and get more people to visit our website.
  • Determine the effectiveness of your efforts by analyzing website traffic, pay-per-click campaigns, search engine rankings, and other data sources.
  • Must have prior experience working with internal teams and suppliers on online and mobile design and development, as well as managing websites and generating and monitoring web traffic.
  • set the project’s scope and goals, hold regular status talks, manage the project from start to finish, and/or do all of these things.
  • It’s important to keep track of several digital projects and work streams in order to enable project management for the digital program.

Skills:

  • Experimentation with other types of digital media testing, such as randomized control trials, A/B tests, and platform brand lift studies are a plus, but are not required.
  • An extensive background in digital marketing, including work on political campaigns or advocacy organizations, is required.
  • Understanding and communicating complex technical problems to a large audience in an engaging and understandable manner is critical for any position.
  • Ability to work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage many projects at once, work quickly and effectively, and meet deadlines while staying calm under pressure
  • Expertise in the latest web development tools and technologies, including HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, jQuery, and others, including ASP.NET Web Forms and web services and code versioning tools.
