We need an organized, creative, and collaborative Marketing Executive to help the Senior Brand Executive and Brand Marketing Director coordinate, create, and distribute social, brand, and content throughout the organization.

  • This person will be able to secure an audience with these executives via existing ties and other networked contacts or by cold calling lead generation, in order to position themselves as a professional who can offer value to their company.
  • Identify, assemble, and coordinate needs, create connections, construct timetables and assignments, and maintain mailing lists in order to successfully plan and organize meetings, events, conferences, and trade exhibitions.
  • Assist the Brand and PR teams in defining and executing social and influencer activities in accordance with overall commercial and marketing goals, capitalizing on quickly evolving social and consumer behavior trends, and building best practices across the many social platforms and communities.
  • Assist the Chief Executive Officer in reviewing and developing a strategy and plan for marketing by compiling and analyzing sales predictions, defining goals, planning and arranging promotional presentations, and maintaining calendars.
  • Will be able to relate to top executives in this industry on a peer-to-peer level and will possess all of the communication, personal, and sales skills required of top executives.
  • Do research to figure out how the market is changing, how customers are acting, and how the competition is doing. Put together reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
  • To get a comprehensive grasp of all elements of the onboard product (as well as the Shore Excursion product) and to make certain that any modifications or improvements are adequately conveyed to all channels in a manner that is both timely and relevant.
  • Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring that all resources are correct and up-to-date, and organize the production of additional materials as required.
  • Seek out and investigate new sources of potential consumer data on a regular basis, and make suggestions to sales and marketing leadership. Manage the agency relationships for creative, collaterals, and promotional campaigns.
  • Being actively involved in and responsible for all actions and materials made available to the market, as well as functioning as a central point of information, filing, and sharing as needed throughout the company.

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to swiftly create trust with a variety of audiences via communication clarity.
  • 3rd level degree in Marketing, a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Advertising, Marketing, Media, Digital, or a related discipline, and at least five years of experience working in a marketing capacity that is comparable within the financial technology business in the United States.
  • Experience making content for social media and understanding the role of each, They should have a bachelor’s degree and, if possible, a professional qualification in marketing.
  • Verbal and written communication skills of the highest caliber, along with the ability to swiftly create trust with a broad variety of audiences via clarity of communication.
