In this role, you will manage personnel for our advocacy divisions, whose clients are at the forefront of progressive work on racial justice and civil rights, low-wage worker advocacy, voting rights, economic security, the environment, affordable housing, human rights, LGBTQ concerns. You will be an integral component of our People Team and our company’s development. You will collaborate with our talent team and leadership team to create and construct a world-class organization, investing in our most valuable asset: our people. You will handle advocacy searches from start to finish, relying on hiring supervisors to guarantee quality work.

Qualifications:

  • Identifying corporate motivations for change, quantifying risks and benefits, preparing communication and ready materials to facilitate the transfer of career programs and procedures, and implementing change management approaches are all part of this process.
  • Core HR tasks like onboarding, employment, employee relations, remuneration, benefits and performance management procedures are handled with minimum control by the HR manager.
  • In order to identify on-camera presenters, accessible celebrities, digital influencers and/or creators who match the Company’s voice and content creation sensibility, you need to build relationships with agents and managers to discover the right people.
  • Corporate success, employee engagement, and the promotion of diversity, equality, and inclusion can only be achieved via the establishment and management of comprehensive training and development programs for the whole firm.
  • Work with both internal and external training providers to make sure that all new hires get technical training in areas like systems, coffee, wine, cocktails, food preparation and presentation, society, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Develop career development plans, methodologies, and resources. Encourage and support HR leadership and business partners in enhancing the efficacy, reach, and visibility of career programs.
  • Evaluation of talent is a multifaceted process that involves aiding in the development plans, monitoring the progress of the plans, and other related actions.
  • The performance process should be managed in such a manner that it maximizes its effect while encouraging the behaviors that are necessary for team growth and development. A company’s process includes goal-setting, performance reviews, development plans, and quarterly coaching sessions.
  • Provide data-driven job suggestions based on knowledge of organizational policies, processes, and legislation.

Skills:

  • A bachelor’s degree in HR, industrial/organizational psychology, general business, or a related field is needed.
  • Experienced with all types of social media. You are an expert at using social media sites such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Snapchat to find extraordinary talent and influencers.
  • Proficiency in digital media and live events, as well as talent acquisition, pricing, and packaging.
  • Good communication abilities, both orally and in writing. Possess excellent organizational skills. Having the ability to serve consumers quickly is a must. The capacity to communicate facts clearly and succinctly.
  • Previous experience in a show production environment and a track record of being able to schedule artists and other staff in a way that meets production needs and schedules.
