The Maintenance Coordinator verifies that our network providers have the necessary qualifications and licenses to function lawfully in their industry. The Maintenance Coordinator keeps track of approaching renewal dates and works with medical staff to make sure they know what they need to do to keep their licenses current.

Qualifications:

• Develops the weekly maintenance program and the daily strategy for its execution in close collaboration with maintenance and operations.
• Maintains clear and consistent communication on the requirements for preparing the equipment for successful maintenance work.
• Preliminary evaluations of the value of alerts are made (gatekeeping). If further information is required, follows up with the people who sent in the notice. Assessment and assignment of changes for communication of schedule and accountability for subsequent stages in finishing maintenance work are two important aspects of this process.
• Keeps track of key performance indicators (KPIs), schedules regular reviews of maintenance performance metrics, and works to make sure goals are met. Starts and runs performance review meetings after a turnaround or shutdown to find ways to make things better.
• Ensures optimal use of maintenance resources, especially shift maintenance employees, by matching “ready work” with lesser emergency work demands throughout shifts.
• Performs evaluations of incoming work orders and assigns them to the appropriate staff members in order to reduce the amount of interruption caused to planned work and ensure that the most critical work is completed.
• Initiates and monitors changes to ensure timely completion of maintenance backlog. Work orders that have been cancelled are deleted from the system. Identifies work orders that need engineering assistance and collaborates with capital and engineering teams to manage this backlog of projects.
• PM turnarounds and shutdowns are coordinated. Initiates and leads shutdown scope planning meetings, and takes overall turnaround management responsibilities to ensure resource-loaded schedules are produced and clear ownership of work is understood.
• Perform administrative tasks such as crew scheduling, production report completion, safety dialogue facilitation, and other reporting as required by the operational facility.
• Improve and make regular maintenance and operations plans based on technical knowledge of equipment documentation, safety procedures, and a detailed timetable.

Skills:

• Maintain a thorough understanding of the FRA, TTB, FSMA, and state and federal regulations that apply, The worker must be able to move or lift up to 60 pounds.
• Experience working as a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, Handyman Contractor, or in a managerial capacity for a General Building Contractor, with a cumulative total of at least seven years of relevant work experience. Skills and understanding of the building trades, such as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, carpentry, and concrete, that are at least average.
• Call center expertise with at least 1 year under your belt, Excellent talents in providing service to customers and in listening to them, Capable of juggling several responsibilities and performing well under duress, Required abilities include effective communication and the ability to identify and address complex issues.
• For this position, a high school graduation or equivalent is necessary; a bachelor’s degree is recommended, or comparable years of documented experience in heavy industrial operations management leadership.
• a basic understanding of maintenance scheduling, planning, and estimating An understanding of engineering drawings, such as schematics, flowcharts, and exploded views. In both written and spoken form, technical information may be successfully delivered.
