Qualifications:

• The processing and notification of facsimiles, mail, messages, and parcels to inhabitants. Assist patrons in sending faxes, mail, messages, and parcels.
• Build strong relationships with your coworkers to ensure that your visitors, residents, and fellow Associates all leave with a positive image of your facility.
• Please provide a heartfelt welcome to everyone visiting or looking for a job in the area. Depending on their business, direct visitors to desired destinations.
• Work with the service crew or other Associates to keep all community amenities and common spaces clean and well-maintained.
• To protect the safety of people and property, surveillance cameras, door alarms, life-safety systems, and building alarms are all monitored. Maintaining vigilance for any suspicious activities.
• Store and deliver gifts for residents, as well as enable guests and providers who have been approved to enter.
• Maintains a safe working environment by preventing accidents, preserving equipment, and ensuring safe working procedures.
• In order to give customers with up-to-date information about services and forthcoming events, businesses must stay abreast of technological developments in the sector. Keeps in touch with key data sources on a regular basis to ensure they’re up to date on developments. Residents’ dining, theatrical, and recreational options are planned.
• The manager organizes and executes the social and recreational programming for residents, such as movie evenings, games, and other activities.
• By creating a contact between residents and service personnel, requests for routine maintenance may be followed up on. If you find yourself in an emergency situation, you should call for help as quickly as possible.

Skills:

• All of the foregoing is done in accordance with well-established laws and regulations.
• Working with others should be enjoyable, and you should be able to follow directions when required.
• Previous work experience in the fields of hospitality, administration, or marketing is required in order to be considered for this position.
• An understanding of resort activities and operations is required.
• Customer service, adaptability, initiative, and knowledge of Microsoft Office are all needed for this job.
