Qualifications:

  • Sets up and keeps track of uniform letter-writing procedures, such as coordinating the overnight shipping of documents.
  • Received problems and concerns, especially those of a sensitive nature, are researched, prioritized, and followed up on. Coordinates the proper answer.
  • This area may include bookkeeping, payroll preparation and review, information management and storage systems for employee files, requisitioning supplies, and other administrative tasks.
  • Assessing the urgency of a crisis and determining whether employees need in-person meetings, the manager may divert the call to another manager or, in certain cases, work out a solution. Appointments, meetings, and travel plans are meticulously scheduled and prepared for.
  • Administrative Solutions is in charge of daily tasks like greeting and showing guests and visitors around, helping coworkers who are using facilities, running and maintaining services, and more.
  • Manages the Division Head’s calendar, composes and prepares communications, prepares agendas, and compiles documentation.
  • Supports the management team by writing mail, organizing files, arranging appointments, photocopying, faxing, and planning travel arrangements.
  • Answered questions by phone and email and refers the inquirer to the appropriate team member.
  • Maintain a timely and structured record of daily cash receipts, petty cash, files, personnel records, and other administrative documents.
  • Helps projects with general administrative tasks, such as word processing, photocopying, printing, sending faxes and emails, and ordering project equipment.

Skills:

  • An associate’s degree from an authorized community college or university is required, as well as two years of administrative experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft software such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, as well as other web-based apps. It is possible to create complicated documents, do analysis, and manage databases.
  • When working with sensitive information, demonstrates the highest level of customer/client care and response.
  • Strong organizational abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • In order to plan effectively and efficiently, you need to understand business and management principles.
