Because of your high status, you are expected to speak solely English when interacting with guests and coworkers. A diploma, GED, or equivalent is required as evidence of schooling and/or competency.

Qualifications:

  • This individual is responsible for all aspects of crop management and sales, including but not limited to yearly thin and harvest scheduling, road and access right layout, and any other chores that may arise.
  • Prepare your swimming pool, decks, chairs, and lifeguard gear for the next summer season.
  • Observes and enforces all policies, rules, and laws pertaining to the pool, as well as any other safety rules or procedures that may be in place.
  • Depending on the club’s guidelines, this may entail supervising group swims, teaching individual members, and assisting with other aspects of the aquatics program.
  • Assist in the upkeep of various accident reports through the use of reading, writing, interpreting, and communicating skills in an English-speaking workplace.
  • Supervises the pool area at all times, and ensures that members and guests comply with all Club safety requirements.
  • Visitors and customers are given courteous service, and their issues are addressed and handled promptly.
  • They do more than just act as lifeguards; they also offer services to help people stay safe around the water and avoid mishaps.
  • Observes and enforces all policies, rules, and laws pertaining to the pool, as well as any other safety rules or procedures that may be in place.
  • Assume charge of the pool area, the snack bar, the restrooms, and the sinks.

Skills:

  • Workers, divisions, and the public at large must all be able to communicate and collaborate successfully.
  • The ability to work with those who have impairments is crucial.
  • It is required that you have worked as a lifeguard for at least three months.
  • Those who work in rescue services are expected to keep their lifeguarding, first aid, and CPR certifications current through the American Red Cross (CPR).
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
