We are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to help our sales team with direct marketing to current and potential customers.

Qualifications:

  • General administrative support is provided to company executives by preparing presentations, scheduling events, and performing other activities as required.
  • fulfilling the sales manager’s, branch managers, and other team members’ requests for help with office administration.
  • Place an order for business cards, name tags, zip forms, digital ink, and other office necessities.
  • Support social media and marketing efforts so that the sales representatives can concentrate on the expansion of their companies.
  • Worksheet/report creation/updating, document/account retrieval by fax/scan/download, etc.
  • Greets visitors and provides employment documentation to prospective candidates in a polite and professional manner.
  • Serve as the face of the office and provide excellent customer services to clients, independently affiliated sales agents, vendors and others.
  • assisting the branch manager with the upkeep and updating of inventory spreadsheets by sorting serial numbers into appropriate categories for used machines, new machines, and accessories.
  • Assist salespeople whenever they need it with any and all marketing, advertising, and technology needs related to company resources.

Skills:

  • Possessing strong verbal and written communication abilities, with an emphasis on customer service.

  • Ability to focus, multitask, and adjust as business needs change.
  • Capable of effectively communicating with clients at all organizational levels, both internal and external.
