  • Pursue the sale of automobile, homeowner’s, renter’s, and other personal lines of insurance while offering exceptional customer service. Inform customers about car, house, bicycle, and renter’s insurance

  • Encourage policyholders to deliver and explain their policies, to examine their insurance plans and make additions or modifications, or to switch beneficiaries, Offer a wide range of insurance options that may be tailored to the specific needs of each client.
  • Actively maintain a book of business to meet retirees’ demands, Respond to voicemails, chat inquiries, and consumer complaints within 24 hours.
  • Selling Auto, Home, Life, and other insurance and annuity products in a region utilizing consultative sales tactics. Identifying new consumers with lead techniques
  • Increase the number of sales you make by proactively initiating first contact, discussing the benefits of the policy and the agency, offering pricing quotations, and putting together proposals. Capability to give risk management advice on a professional level.
  • Provide a wide range of insurance products, such as car, house, and umbrella insurance, and Use networking to locate new consumers and produce lists of potential customers in order to expand your customer base.
  • Build long-term relationships with our customers based on mutual trust and respect in order to maintain high levels of customer and product loyalty. Increased sales revenue may be achieved via phone calls, emails, and client databases.
  • Advise prospective and existing policyholders on the best types of insurance to suit their individual needs. Creating and keeping business ties


  • High school diploma (or GED) and similar job experience are desirable. The ability to sell is a must (preferably as a retail sales associate, telemarketing representative, or an outside sales representative).
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities; the ability to exhibit a high level of professionalism, flexibility, and integrity; the ability to work independently with minimum supervision while contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Required must be ready to work varying shifts throughout the day, evening, and weekends, Candidates must demonstrate a willingness to earn a license to sell property and casualty insurance; those who do so already have an advantage.
