Job Description

The Customer Service Lead will lead and coach a region team in providing outstanding technical and commercial support to a customer base in the Southeast Region. Partnering with regional sales and operations teams to grow revenue, improving and implementing standard work norms and processes, and acting on Voice of Customer-based improvement opportunities and team performance needs are just a few of the responsibilities. It would be advantageous if you have prior experience in the manufacturing or leasing industries. A bachelor’s degree is required for this position.

  • Use your knowledge and experience to provide accurate answers to client queries while adhering to all scripts, policies, and procedures.
  • Attend meetings and trainings to keep up to date on changes to programme knowledge, systems, and procedures, as well as review all new training material.
  • Observe the rules governing the handling of confidential and personal information.
  • Follow all attendance and work schedule standards to the letter.
  • All inbound and outbound calls should be handled respectfully, quickly, and professionally.
  • Expand and strengthen the information base that already exists.
  • Use the right systems/spreadsheets to accurately document and handle client claims.
  • Replacement merchandise or refunds will be delivered.
  • Ensure first-contact resolution by handling emails properly and resolving issues.
  • Complaints from customers should be forwarded to the appropriate internal or external partners.


  • Must be a self-starter capable of moving, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines independently.
  • It should be possible to use Microsoft Suite and tools.
  • It is necessary to have 2+ years of expertise in a retail or ecommerce-related discipline or area.
  • It’s important to have excellent organizing and communication abilities, as well as thorough attention to detail.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a field closely related to these fields is required.
